Everything you need to know about face slapping

• If you slap with the palm, the impact is more powerful, but the risk of injury is also higher.
• Keep your wrists loose and flexible, to avoid injuring yourself.

3) Is there anything that can be done to reduce the risk of injury?

• Place your hand on your submissive’s other cheek as you slap them. This will reduce their risk of neck injury.
• Give your Submissive a little hint of the upcoming action by stroking their cheek in a certain way, just before the impact. Although some submissives, as myself, do like the element of surprise too.
• Stay away from their nose and ears; this is most important.

4) What is backhand slapping?

• Backhand slapping is where you bend your arm towards you and then slap the submissive’s face with the top of your hand. This is much riskier and certainly needs practice before trying. Unless you’re 100% sure you can do it, don’t try it.  And whenever you want to do it, make sure to discuss this beforehand.  Your Submissive might have agreed on one way of slapping, but this doesn’t mean they agree to backhand slapping.  Without consent, face slapping can be seen as abuse.  Consent can be withheld at any point, any time.

5) When is a good time to slap?

• A good time is when you feel confident to do it, and your Submissive has given you prior consent.
• To finish up a kiss, pull back their hair and slap their face. In a kinky kind of way, this can be very romantic.
• If they are down on their knees, licking your balls and more, face slapping could be a nice add-on.
